I watched as the Bash Brothers Jose Canseco and Mark McGwire bashed their way to three straight ALCS and one world title. Not only did they hit homerun’s over the fence 390ft, these balls were being crushed 500ft out of the park!
I loved watching the size of these players, not only were they good, they were near the best home run hitters ever in the sport. Not just McGwire, many baseball players were hitting 45, 50, 60 homeruns during the steroid era when just a decade before 30 homeruns was considered a super star. Manny finally signed to fight - Joshua Clottey that is. Pacquiao will be fighting Clottey on March 13 in Dallas Texas at Cowboy Stadium. As of yet, HBO has not confirmed if it will be the one broadcasting the fight.

In an attempt to clear the air, Bob Arum told Michael Marley that Manny Pacquiao did indeed turn down Floyd Mayweather’s recent offer to have a 14 day testing free compromise.
“They made the 14 day offer and Todd sent a text message to (Pacquiao's agent) Michael Koncz in the Philippines. Five minutes later, Koncz replied and said Manny rejected that. The point is we have a written record of that,” Arum said.
