In an attempt to clear the air, Bob Arum told Michael Marley that Manny Pacquiao did indeed turn down Floyd Mayweather’s recent offer to have a 14 day testing free compromise.
“They made the 14 day offer and Todd sent a text message to (Pacquiao's agent) Michael Koncz in the Philippines. Five minutes later, Koncz replied and said Manny rejected that. The point is we have a written record of that,” Arum said.

The LA Times is reporting that the Mega fight between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather is heading to mediation in Santa Monica this Tuesday. A retired federal judge Daniel Weinstein will preside the mediation process.
Both sides continue to have differences with the drug testing protocol to be used leading up to the fight.
Judge Weinstein has helped mediate disagreements between Top Rank and Golden Boy before. The judge brokered a truce that led to many major bouts including the 2007 Marco Antonio Barrera vs Manny Pacquiao fight and Bob Arum returning Oscar de la Hoyas Olympic gold medal.
