Andre Ward: path to the gold medal and Super 6 Tournament E-mail

This short video gives some insight to the type of dedication Andre Ward has to the sport of boxing.  Its no coincidence that he won the Olympic gold medal in boxing, the young man prepared 9 years in advanced for the Olympic games.  If you have read the book Outliers, the author describes how it takes a minimum of 10 thousand hours of practice or roughly 10 years to be an expert at anything.  Andre Ward has put in his hours and is primed to take on all challengers in the 168 pound Super 6 Tournament.  Keep an eye out for him.

Andre is a good fighter but boring personality. He has a hard fight on his hands in Kessler.
