In this catch weight boxing world Cotto will loose. Cotto has no business fighting under 147. He has big problems with the lower weight. He is weak under 147lbs Manny could very well K.O. Cotto. If this is going to happen Cotto better get a better trainer. I know he and his uncle had problems but he and his uncle had good chemistry as boxer and trainer.

Guys if you're really going to do this each week you're going to have to work on not looking so amateurish. The conversation is so robotic is ridiculous. The entire point of a discussions like that is to have a discussion, not to look like a nervous 9th grader reading a poem in front of the class. Both looked pretty robotic but the dude with the white shirt just looked way too much at his notes. It's like he was not even paying attention to his partner and instead was trying to memorize what he was going to say next. Last thing, you guys really missed out by not adding Pascal/Diaconu that fight is by far the biggest test for anyone claiming they can pick fights. Two guys with similar skill level going at it, in which neither should be the solid favorite.

This is exactly what my life has been missing. Great job LP. Yeah, it may look a little rough around the edges now, but I predict a smoother flowing / better shot show as each week progresses.

Clottey finished poorly last two rounds he definetly lost, along with the flash knockdown I had Cotto pulling it out 114-113.

good show guys, but what the fuck is up with all this cotto doubt? he fought with one eye, and beat a top welterweight. how does that make him vulnerable? any other fighter wouldve looked for an easy way out and quit. and if he didnt get cut I KNOW he wouldve whooped on clottey for 12 rounds and win 120-108

i believe that cotto's only chance with beating pacman is a ( punchers chance ) at 147lbs . he simply has too much trouble gettin his weight below welter and still being effective a catch weight match with manny is suicide. Another issue is he can't throw solid shot's on the run as well as manny . he will need to cut the ring coner manny and capitalize to have a chance.

i had it 117 to 110 Clottey.. Clottey got robbed he won by landslide... you guy that had Cotto winning counted a LOT of blocked punches... watch again, and this time look at all the puches that Cotto threw tha Clottey blocked and you will see another fight entirely... puch stat numbers completely bare this out as well...

that being said Clottey should have known he would not get a fair shake.. still a little naive... he won't make that mistake again! anyway, he should take some of the blame for not pushing the issue and be busier and not giving the judges any choice but to give it to him... anyway lesson learned... hopefully.

i doubt cotto will have a catch weight with pac. because 2 reasons....cotto...is not a 154 pounder....one and the second he is solid 147...why can pacman go up to 147 just to fight delahoya...he looked good at 147...why not just do it at 147...against cotto ...he has alot to gain and nothing to lose... plus..if they do it at a catch wieght at 145...its good for cotto because on weigh in's he comes at 145 or 146...so there for...this fight would work perfect for both corners

Cotto over Pacquiao by K.O. or decision I think he can take a solid shot and he always has a punchers chance... dont think Pacquiao can take a good left hook from Cotto... Cotto is a natural left hander so he has no problem facing one... about his speed he kept up with Mosley for most of the fight does have a real bad conditioning problem but only against fighters that can take his punches walk through them and keep stalking him... Pacquiao is no that type of fighter unless he knows he gots you hurt... Manny always has a punchers chance especially that Cotto shows a lot of vulnerabilities with the uppercut something we all know Freddie Roach will demand from Pacquiao... will be a great fight but still gots to go with my boy Cotto on this one

all Cotto could muster was a virtual draw (squeak past to win controversial decision) with Mosely on the worst fight he ever fought as a pro. Mosely was on his way out of the sport at that point in time and likely all the shit that lead to his eventual divorce was in full stream during that point in time. on a normal night Mosley destroys Cotto.. look at Mosely after getting together with Richardson and Hopkin's for training and fight plan.. that reinvigurated Mosely completely destroy Cotto.. even in their last fight 1-2 more rounds and Cotto gets knocked out.

Mosely only fought 1/2 of that fight and completely uncharacteristically for Mosely was himself was tiring by the end of that fight..

Pacquiao is almost as fast as a Mosely (the real version) and applies WAY more pressure than Mosely.. Cotto can't handle pressure.. he almost folded under the limited pressure that Clottey applied... Cotto does not have a snowballs chance in hell against Pacquiao... NONE!! look for another Hatton type fight.. Cotto is there ALL NIGHT to get hit and know this Pacquiao will be very happy to hit him with left and right from the time the bell rings 'til the time his head bounces off the canvas the way Hatton's did. if Cotto signs to fight Cotto he is a fool.. why would you sign to fight a fight you know 100% you will lose.. Cotto brings nothing to the table that will allow him to handle a Pacquiao... that is just a stupid match up.. the same way i knew that Hatton v Pacquiao was just a stupid matchup

For me cotto is not easy fighter for Pacquaio...
of course Pacquaio want to fight in a catch weight to make the equal weight.... Pacquaio is from 106 pounds and his naturaly born Lightweight While Cotto is a natural Light Welterweight...Whos Crazy fighter want to fight those naturally more bigger and taller opponent????

let thier hands decide on Novenber....I want to see this another Epic Battle...

this doctorspoc dude is a trip Im glad he aint a judge the way he sees fights shit boxing would be in a total slump dude spoc your freakin blind stop being a hater to be a champ you got to beat the champ clottey did not beat Cotto and lets forget the part where if it would of been anyone else after a accidental head butt most fighters would of just quit or complained so the doctor could stop the fight Cotto was leading in the fifth without a doubt maybe he should of taken the easy way out but then people like yourself would of had another excuse to hate on Cotto.

117 to 110 Clottey over Cotto ahahahahahh are you stevie wonders brother your crazy dude.....

Then about Mosley you say Mosley was already washed up that he didnt fight half the fight blah blah blah quit it dude whos fault is that, is that Cottos fault he didnt fight or maybe if you seen it through a real boxing fans eyes you would of noticed that Mosley couldnt come off with any punches cause Cottos jab was right in his face all night, once he changed his style and went to plan b he did much better stop making excuses.

There is no way Cotto will be backed up by a smaller Pacman hes only been backed up by fighters that can take a punch like Margarito and Clottey fighters that are naturally much bigger than him Cotto by all means has always a punchers chance nothing taken away from Pac but if Morales and Marquez have hurt Pacquiao you better be expecting him to get hurt with Cotto.

Say what you say about him he always finds how to adjust to a fighter and finds a way to win, plus he only fights the best how can you complain about that and regardless if you think he lost or barely snuck away with a win he stands there with them all and slugs it out how many other boxers can you name that have those qualities.

Cotto over Pac in the years biggest upset

some of you guys or girls should be comedians, thinking that ms pacman could ever withstand the natural brutal power of cotto. and that you could fathom a knockout in favor of pacman, then you obviously missed the mosley-cotto fight. mosley has much more power than ms pacman, and he hit cotto with his best power punches and cotto walked thru them, kept his composure and matched his speed to win...think about it.
