Manny Pacquiao Demands $10M For Every Pound Overweight!

Through his lawyer Franklin Gacal, Manny Pacquiao has reportedly said he wants a $10 million penalty for every pound or fraction of a pound that Floyd Mayweather is overweight for the proposed 147 pound match up between the two fighters.

This is an unprecedented penalty amount requested by Pacquiao. However perhaps Pacquiao feels that Mayweather will come in overweight to give himself a greater size advantage. Mayweather had to pay a $600,000 penalty to Juan Manuel Marquez in September for two pounds over the agreed upon weight of 144 pounds.

This hard ball negotiating move could also be a power play response to Mayweather's request that Pacquiao be blood tested for performance enhancers as done in the Olympics.

pacman is just pissed about request for olympic style blood drug testing. 147 is preaty much the max mayweather can go up in weight. he fought delahoya at 154 but on fight night he only weighted 147. so making weight wont be a problem since he get go much higher. the delahoya fight showed that. mayweather was 146 when he fought marquez. pacman fight is set for 147 so makes no sence. makes me think is he mad or does he have something to hide. mayweather is not going to be overweight. he maxes out at the weight they are fighting at so he should just agree and see what happens. because at first i was thinking pacman just mad but on the other hand. hmmmmmmmmmm. why are you this made. asking a number that crazy. what was the highest b4. 600,000. and both him and mayweather would be tested so whats the issue. mayweather will agree to so somekind of hight deal for being over weight because now this is going to make him think. is pacman mad? or is he hiding something. i think he is just mad though. hopefully. im a mayweather fan but when pacmans not fighting mayweather i like him as a fighter. i have liked all his fights this year i hope none of them was tainted. dont need any more mosley's in the sport.
