i like mma but they cant compete with boxing. people like mayweather, pacman, cotto. mosley pavlic, roy jones are making 3 to 20 million a fight. top mma fighters make what? 400 thousand to 600 thousand a fight. biggest fight in mma would st piere vs anderson silva. do you think that fight would generate a million ppv buys. not likely. mma is the only sport someone can wake up one morning decide they want to do it, train for 6 months to a year and dominate. ala rashad evans, brock lesner, forest griffin, rich franklin. the list goes on and on. take brock. he started mma and was champ in what 6 months. if he decided to do boxing you think he could beat the klichko brothers in in 6 months. or sam peters, you cant wake up one morning decide your gona be a boxer and be the best in a year only person to do it was george forman. i love mma but it does not compare to boxing.
