Pacquiao agrees to Fight Floyd Mayweather

According to multiple reports across the internet Manny Pacquiao has agreed to fight Floyd Mayweather in principle. Fight News is reporting that Pacquiao “seems satisfied with the offer presented to him by Bob Arum in their meeting this Friday.” Arum did not give any details about the meeting but did say this, ““You guys can Click for More...

interpret that anyway you want. But you see a smile on my face so I’m not disappointed,” said Arum. “Now my job is to go back to the United States, sit with Richard Schaefer (CEO of Golden Boy Promotions) and the Mayweather people… so that we can make an announcement in a short term.”

It appears March 13th is the date as Manny Pacquiao has elections in May and needs ample time to campaign.
