Sulaiman: He has the Qualities to beat Pacquiao

Jose Sulaiman president of the WBC has said he feels he knows who the man is that can beat Manny Pacquiao.

Saul "Canelo" Alvarez, he has the qualities to beat him.”

Sulaiman is speaking of Canelo Alvarez, the hard hitting up and coming Mexican fighter, 19 years of age whos undefeated at 29-0, 22 KO’s.

Sulaiman feels that a fight with Alvarez and Pacquiao can be possible late in 2010 after a superfight with Mayweather should that happen.
He feels as Alvarez gets more experience this coming year the matchup would be great given their styles.

“Pacquiao, if you attack him, he doesn’t know what to do and Alvarez always comes forward throwing punches ... with his power, he can hurt Manny,” he said to the Mexican press.

Jose Sulaiman must be on dope. First thing I noticed and it was so obvious. his boy Alvarez is slow...really slow. My god, even on 2010, he will be nowhere near to handle Manny hand speed. All of the top fighters have said Manny's hand speed is something to behold, they all thought they were prepared to deal with Manny's speed and after the fight, they all say "they couldn't believe how truly fast he was, we had no idea." Alvarez is not even ready to hit the big time and even mention a fight against Manny. The foot speed of Manny is so vastly superior to Alvarez, I don't think Alvarez will last the first round. Mr Sulaiman, stick to judging because from you are seeing, I don't see it being even a challenge.
