Tito Trinidad advice to Miguel Cotto

Puerto Rican great, Felix Tito Trinidad chimed in on his thoughts about Miguel Cotto retiring to the Puerto Rican press.

“Cotto only has 2 losses and I think that he still can make more fights. My advice for him is to make 3-4 fights then reitre, because economically he should be fine."

he was sure Cotto would be victorious. “It was a very tough fight. My father and I thought that Cotto could dominate Pacquiao because of his technical skills. And Cotto those punches caused Cotto to slow down . That, I do know about….”

Many in Puerto Rico are asking if Cotto should retire as this was his second TKO loss in his last 3 outings.

Don't punish the man into retirement because he has the stones to fight the best. He fights the top fighters while they are in their prime. (Take note, Floyd).
